Project Overview

Engelberth Construction transformed two existing restaurants within the Lodge at Spruce Peak – the former Peak Solstice and the Hourglass – into the new distinct Alpine Hall and Tipsy Trout dining venues.

The main kitchen was expanded, updated and reconfigured as an open display kitchen for diners to experience. Alpine Hall features locally sourced fare with family dining and new 22-seat grand bar with views into the open kitchen, a private dining room and a seasonal terrace with additional dining opportunities. Tipsy Trout provides a seafood-rich experience a refined bar, new raw bar and inspiring views of Mount Mansfield. The renovations to both spaces totaled 10,000 square feet, and included new detailed millwork, finishes, lighting and furniture.
