Project Overview

The Spruce Peak Mountain Cabins project is a premier whole ownership condominium neighborhood located in the Spruce Peak at Stowe community.  Consisting of two building designs, the Viewside Cabins and the Slopeside Cabins, the neighborhood includes nineteen buildings located on two private streets adjacent to a new ski trail and lift.  The three and four bedroom homes were designed in a “Vermont Alpine” style, utilizing timber and stone to preserve the character and accentuate the majestic charm of the native surroundings.  Each residence contains approximately 3,000 sf of interior living space including an entry foyer, an office/den, powder room, mudroom, coat and ski storage rooms, a kitchen/family room, living and dining rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry.
