Project Overview

Engelberth Construction was hired by a client, who employs nearly 250 people with production shifts around the clock, for an extensive $5.1 million plant renovation. Changes in technology and an increase in personnel demanded the need to realign and reorganize the space for new processes to increase production and efficiency at the plant.

Upgrades to the 74,000 s.f. facility nearly doubled the highest-classification clean room space, reconfigured the gowning, final assembly, test, machining, wash, packaging and shipping/receiving areas, all without disruption to the plant’s record-breaking production rate.
