Project Overview

The new 44,000 sf state-of-the-art facility for Mascoma Savings Bank in White River Junction is a combination of beauty and function. The full-service retail portion of the bank offers Mascoma’s clients a larger lobby, new safety deposit boxes and three drive-up teller lanes including a 24-hour ATM and night depository. The finance, accounting, information technology, deposit and loan operations, and business development offices have been consolidated together into the remaining space allowing for more efficient operations.

The integrated building design of the facility allows for extreme energy efficiency. Air systems deliver hot and cool air through a raised floor system, lighting with energy-saving controls, foam insulation applied to the exterior framing, and double glazed glass windows help minimize energy requirements.
