Project At A Glance
Project Overview
Engelberth Construction extensively renovated Kellogg Auditorium, formerly a 300-seat theater-style medical lecture hall, converting it into a modern, two-level educational facility with “smart” classroom space for the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth.
The project included a complex demolition plan that culminated in the installation of interior structural steel to create the two floors of usable classroom space where the auditorium once was.
In total, the project built five classroom spaces, four new graduate program administrative offices, two modernized bathrooms, study and lounge rooms, and a complete installation of new MEP & high-tech audio visual systems throughout the entire building.
The flexible teaching spaces accommodate 25, 50 and 100 students and can be arranged into pods to meet the needs for various teaching styles.
